Introduction
These Terms & Conditions of Use govern your use of “SDA” platforms such as “sdabd.org” direct. “SDABD”.org and the “SDA” Direct Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”) The Applications are owned by “SDA”. ("SDA" or “we” or “us”).

By accessing or using these Applications, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions of use set out below (as revised from time to time) ("Terms"). Access To And Use Of The Applications

Termination Of Use
"SDA" may discontinue, suspend or modify the Applications at any time without notice, and “SDA” may block, terminate or suspend your and any users access to the Applications at any time in its sole discretion.

If any part of the provisions contained in these Terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any claims arising out of the use of the information from the Applications shall be governed by the laws of the land.
Violation of terms
If you violate these Terms, “SDA” reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation and / or immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts you have created using the Applications and immediately terminate the contractual agreement you have with "SDA".
